- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond meal (or gluten-free flour)
- 1 scoop collagen (optional)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
