Health-E-Living Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to customers who purchase products from Health-E-Living on a recurring subscription basis through our online store.

1. Subscription Overview

Health-E-Living offers recurring subscriptions for selected products including Seasonal Fruit & Veg Boxes, Bread, Eggs, and other staple items.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive the selected product at the chosen delivery frequency and authorize Health-E-Living to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring order.

Subscriptions can be managed, paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time through your customer account.

 


 

2. Billing and Renewal

When you purchase a subscription:

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the subscription frequency you select (for example weekly or fortnightly).

  • Each renewal creates a new order in our system.

  • Subscription payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

If a payment fails, Shopify may retry the charge according to its retry schedule.

 


 

3. Order Cutoff for Fresh Produce

Because many of our products are fresh and ordered specifically for the week’s supply, subscriptions follow the same ordering schedule as standard orders.

Order Cutoff:
Wednesday at 9:00 AM

Fulfillment Day:
Friday (pickup or delivery after 2:00 PM)

Orders generated after the Wednesday cutoff will be scheduled for the following week.

 


 

4. Managing Your Subscription

Customers can manage their subscription through their account at any time. Available options include:

  • Skipping an upcoming order

  • Pausing the subscription

  • Updating delivery frequency

  • Updating payment details

  • Cancelling the subscription

Changes must be made before the Wednesday 9:00 AM cutoff to affect that week's order.

 


 

5. Product Availability

Health-E-Living provides fresh and seasonal products, and availability may vary.

If a subscribed product is temporarily unavailable:

  • The order may be skipped for that cycle, or

  • A suitable seasonal substitute may be provided (for produce boxes).

Customers will not be charged for skipped items.

 


 

6. Pricing

Subscription pricing will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Health-E-Living reserves the right to adjust pricing where necessary due to supplier costs or seasonal changes. Customers will be notified in advance of any pricing changes affecting active subscriptions.

 


 

7. Delivery and Pickup

Subscription orders follow the same delivery and pickup terms as regular orders.

Delivery availability depends on location within our local service areas.

Customers selecting pickup can collect their order after 2:00 PM on Fridays unless otherwise notified.

 


 

8. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting our team.

Cancellation requests made after the Wednesday 9:00 AM cutoff will take effect from the following subscription cycle.
