Our Story

In 2018, I found myself constantly tired, foggy, and unwell—even though I was eating all the “right” things. It was frustrating and confusing—until I discovered that many everyday products I trusted were full of hidden toxins. I started making small, intentional swaps—switching out my household and personal care items for cleaner, low-tox alternatives. The difference in how I felt was remarkable. That experience lit a fire in me. I wanted to create a space where others could access the same benefits with ease, trust, and support—and that’s how Health-E-Living began.

With over 30 years in the health and wellness industry, I’ve come to believe that feeling good starts with knowing better. I’m constantly learning, researching, and testing so I can share reliable information and hand-picked products that genuinely make a difference. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about making better choices, one step at a time.

Since moving to the South Coast, I’ve felt deeply at home. This is a thoughtful, conscious, and caring community—one that’s open to change and grounded in connection. It’s an honour to serve that spirit through Health-E-Living. Cassia and I are so grateful for the trust our local customers place in us.
