General Ordering FAQs

You can place orders up to 5 days in advance for pickup or delivery.

Yes — for local delivery, the minimum order is $30.
There’s no minimum for in-store pickup, so if you’d like us to package your order, we’re happy to have it ready for easy curbside pickup.

That’s what bringing Health-E-Living online is all about — making health-e-living just that much easier for you!

While we don’t currently offer shipping, we’re always open to special requests. If you’re outside our local delivery area and keen to get your hands on something, just send us a message — we’ll do our best to help. For now, we offer local delivery, prepaid pickup, and in-store shopping.

Local Delivery Info

We deliver Fridays after 2:00 PM, once our weekly fresh fruit, veg, and bread arrive!

We’re offering FREE delivery for everyone until October 1, 2025. After that:

  • $9.99 delivery fee for orders between $30 and $59.99
  • FREE delivery on orders $60+
    (Delivery fee is automatically waived at checkout using code: WELCOME FREE)

We deliver to the following suburbs within 2536 and 2537:

  • Denhams Beach
  • Jeremadra
  • Long Beach

We do NOT deliver to:

  • Bingie
  • South Durras

    That said, if you're located just outside our delivery zone and would love access — reach out! We're always happy to see if we can make something work.

We’ll leave your order in a safe, shaded location (weather permitting). You can leave delivery instructions at checkout.

We'll notify you once your order has been dropped off. (Photo confirmation may be added in the future.)

Pickup Info

Pickup is available on all open days between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Most orders are ready for pickup within 2 hours, during our open hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday — 10 AM to 4 PM.You’ll receive an email or SMS as soon as your order is packed and ready.

📦 Ordering Fresh Bread or Fruit & Veg Boxes?
These items are delivered fresh each Friday and are available in-store after 2 PM, while stock lasts.

To guarantee availability, place your order by the weekly cutoff times:

  • Bread: Order by Tuesday, 8 PM
  • Fruit & Veg Boxes: Order by Wednesday, 12 PM

💡 Tip: Set a reminder so you don’t miss out!

Packaging & Sustainability

We strive to use minimal-waste, compostable, recyclable, or reusable materials wherever possible.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on food items due to their perishable nature.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at info@healtheliving.com.au. We may issue store credit or refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Spoiled or damaged goods

Payments & Billing

We accept credit/debit cards and Shopify-supported payment methods at checkout. All orders must be prepaid.
